Lead and coordinate all phases of residential remodeling projects
Develop and manage schedules in Job Tread with daily progress updates
Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and material logistics
Conduct daily site visits for safety, quality, and cleanliness checks
Anticipate and resolve potential delays or budget issues
Review bids, manage change orders, and ensure cost control
Maintain proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and confident throughout the process
Ensure all workmanship meets or exceeds company and industry standards
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of residential project management experience
Proven ability to read and interpret construction documents
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent organizational and communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
Commitment to safety, site cleanliness, and craftsmanship
Preferred
Proficiency with construction management software JobTread
