Spring 2026 Management Trainee Internship
Enterprise is seeking university/college students for their Management Trainee Internship program, which focuses on building valuable business and leadership skills. Interns will engage in hands-on experiences that mirror the challenges faced by full-time professionals, allowing them to develop essential management skills in a team-based environment.

Responsibilities
Develop the skills you need to manage a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers
Complete intern projects and engage in some friendly competition with your peers
Qualification
Required
Current college/university student graduating with Bachelors Degree in May 2026
Must have 6 months (can be non-concurrent) of sales or customer service or marketing or leadership experience
Must have a valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents within the past 3 years
No drug or alcohol related conviction(DWI/DUI) on driving record within the past 5 years
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Must be available to start February 10th, 2026 and attend New Hire Orientation February 13th, 2026
Must have the availability to work 25 hours per week for a 10-12 week commitment
