Responsibilities

Conduct talent mapping and market analysis to identify and engage top executive-level talent aligned with key company priorities
Collaborate across multiple business groups and industries, demonstrating expertise in more than one industry or technical vertical
Perform in-depth research, industry calibration, and reference checks to ensure targeting of top talent in the external market
Develop and execute candidate generation strategies to build a strong pipeline of executive talent
Source candidates directly and build long-term relationships with an emphasis on diversity and inclusion
Utilize Office 365, Microsoft productivity tools, iCIMS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruiting apps and research extensions to support talent acquisition efforts
Focus on executive-level recruiting, with experience in the technology field considered a strong asset

Required

8+ years of talent sourcing, mapping, and/or recruiting research
5+ years of experience in Microsoft productivity tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and/or recruiting CRM systems
Experience with the technology industry required
Experience with executive recruiting is preferred with an executive search agency or corporate team
Software Engineering (Enterprise or Hyper-scaler Grade) AND/OR Machine Learning (ML/AI) or Data Center / Cloud Infrastructure experience
