Responsibilities

Execute integration, system, and end-to-end testing across AI-driven telecom applications
Validate chatbot and IVR conversational flows, including NLP, NLU, and fallback handling
Test AI/ML model outputs for accuracy, bias, and performance
Create and maintain detailed test cases and test plans for AI-enabled features
Perform API and microservices testing using tools such as Postman and SoapUI
Validate web-based GUI and UX for accessibility and responsive behavior
Test AI model endpoints and inference accuracy through API validation
Support testing across AWS-based AI pipelines including data ingestion and model deployment
Log, track, and manage defects using Jira and test management tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum development environment

Qualification

Required

6+ years of experience in Integration, System, and End-to-End testing on enterprise applications
Proven experience testing AI and machine-learning models in production environments
Telecommunications industry experience (required)
Experience testing chatbot and IVR platforms using NLP and NLU models
Strong knowledge of broadband and wireless technology environments
Experience testing web-based applications, including GUI, accessibility, and responsive design
Hands-on API and web-services testing using SOAP, REST, and Microservices
Proficiency with Postman, SoapUI, and API automation tools
Experience validating AI model accuracy using metrics such as precision, recall, and A/B testing
Familiarity with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, and SageMaker
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the software development lifecycle
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree

Preferred

Experience testing AI pipelines from data ingestion through deployment
Knowledge of ethical AI testing practices and compliance standards
Prior experience supporting large-scale customer-facing platforms
Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise technology environments
