Advise on a broad range of tax matters involving high-value, sophisticated transactions
Work closely with the firm's Structured Finance practice, which is recognized for handling some of the market's most innovative and complex deals
Deliver bespoke tax structuring and execution for asset-backed securities (ABS), including esoteric ABS, Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs), repackagings, and re-securitizations
Qualification
Required
4–7 years of relevant transactional tax experience (in a law firm setting or in-house)
Must possess elite academic credentials and superior written and verbal communication skills
Admission to the New York State Bar is required
Preferred
Specific experience in the tax aspects of CLOs and structured finance transactions is strongly preferred
