Patient Care Coordinator
The Sycamore Group is a hearing care practice dedicated to improving quality of life through better hearing. They are seeking a detail-oriented Patient Care Coordinator to enhance the patient experience by serving as the first point of contact and managing various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls and respond to voicemails and text messages
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and consolidate appointments for efficiency
Complete daily administrative “to-dos,” including patient check-ins and order follow-ups
Place and track hearing aid and supply orders
Manage incoming and outgoing product inventory
Check patients in and ensure all intake information is accurate and complete
Verify patient insurance benefits
Assist with patient correspondence, including birthday cards and mailings
Support minor patient needs such as:
Changing hearing aid parts
Assisting with smartphone connections
Perform ear cerumen removal (training provided)
Qualification
Required
Friendly, professional, and patient-centered demeanor
Strong communication and organizational skills
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, people-focused environment
Willingness to learn and support both patients and teammates
Someone who enjoys being part of a small, supportive team
Preferred
3+ years of customer service experience
