Sanmina Corporation is a leading integrated manufacturing solutions provider in the global Electronics Manufacturing Services market. They are currently seeking a highly motivated Part Lab Technician to work in their Printed Circuit Board manufacturing environment, focusing on various tests to assist with process development and product quality.

Responsibilities

Perform thermal TMA, DSC, and TGA analysis, elongation and tensile tests, and other tests per IPC test methods

Assist engineers with PCB/PCBA sample preparation (cutting, cross sectioning, imaging, dye/pry etc.) for failure analysis, and requested board sectioning from customers. You must be a person who pays attention to details in a fast paced environment

Basic troubleshooting of board open/short , and thermal imaging

Required

Minimum 1 years of related experience in FA lab

2 year degree with Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, materials science background preferred. Willing to consider a combination of education and experience

Familiar with PCB and PCBA products

Candidate must be able to work independently and in a team environment

Must be flexible and available for overtime

Must have good attention to detail and good quality

Must have good verbal and communications skills

Ability to enter information in a computer system
