Content Marketing & Growth Manager

They are seeking a Content Marketing & Growth Manager to develop and execute content strategies that drive demand, pipeline support, and product adoption through effective storytelling and collaboration with sales and product teams.

Responsibilities
Own Medicoms content strategy and editorial calendar aligned to brand, product, and revenue goals
Produce high-quality written content, including:
Blogs, guides, white papers, and case studies
Email copy for campaigns, newsletters, and product communications
Product documentation, educational resources, and enablement materials
Develop clear, compelling storytelling that communicates Medicoms value to healthcare organizations and stakeholders
Maintain consistent voice, tone, and messaging across all content and channels
Translate content into demand generation assets and campaigns, Including
Gated content and lead nurture programs
Sales and Customer Success enablement materials
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to support:
Pipeline generation
Product adoption and customer engagement
Track and evaluate content performance using engagement, lead, and pipeline-influenced metrics
Iterate on content and campaigns based on performance insights
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to surface customer insights, product updates, and success stories
Support go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and industry education efforts
Ensure content aligns with Medicoms broader brand and growth strategy
Qualification
Required
Strong content marketing experience
Ability to create high-quality written content, including blogs, guides, white papers, and case studies
Experience producing email copy for campaigns, newsletters, and product communications
Ability to develop product documentation, educational resources, and enablement materials
Strong storytelling skills that communicate Medicom's value to healthcare organizations and stakeholders
Experience maintaining consistent voice, tone, and messaging across all content and channels
Ability to translate content into demand generation assets and campaigns
Experience with gated content and lead nurture programs
Ability to create sales and customer success enablement materials
Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success to support pipeline generation, product adoption, and customer engagement
Ability to track and evaluate content performance using engagement, lead, and pipeline-influenced metrics
Experience iterating on content and campaigns based on performance insights
Ability to collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and Sales to surface customer insights, product updates, and success stories
Experience supporting go-to-market initiatives, product launches, and industry education efforts
Ability to ensure content aligns with Medicom's broader brand and growth strategy
