Technical Sales & Operations Associate

Responsibilities

Support sales operations through Salesforce cleanup, deal updates, and pipeline hygiene
Assist with sales-related administrative tasks, client follow-ups, and internal coordination
Help prepare materials, data, or context needed for sales conversations
Gain exposure to the full B2B SaaS sales cycle without carrying a quota
Assist with website updates and basic content or asset management
Support marketing operations tasks such as tracking requests, organizing assets, or coordinating timelines
Help execute campaigns or initiatives as needed, particularly where technical coordination is required
Work daily in Salesforce, ClickUp, and Google Workspace
Support and test automations and workflows, including n8n flows
Help translate client or internal technical needs into clear requests for the development team
Assist with troubleshooting, QA, and validation of fixes or enhancements
Support client success efforts by tracking requests, following up on open items, and ensuring issues move toward resolution
Act as a connective layer between sales, operations, development, and client-facing teams
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Priorities and workload will be set and guided by the Sales & Revenue Operations Manager to ensure clear direction and learning progression

Required

0–2 years of relevant professional experience (sales, revenue operations, go-to-market, technical internships, or project-based work)
Bachelor's degree, preferably in an engineering, technical, or systems-focused field
Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning new tools
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work fully in office, five days per week

Preferred

Exposure to Salesforce, CRM systems, or SaaS environments
Experience with automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.)
Internship, co-op, or project experience in tech or SaaS
