Director of Revenue Operations

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue operations strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure seamless cross-functional communication
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track revenue performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Implement and optimize technology solutions, including CRM, marketing automation, and analytics platforms, to support revenue generation efforts
Oversee the creation and execution of sales and marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth
Lead the forecasting and reporting process, providing accurate revenue forecasts and performance updates to executive leadership
Manage and develop a team of operations professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, billing, and financial reporting processes
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in revenue operations to drive innovation and keep the company competitive
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
7+ years experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related roles within healthcare professional (HCP) engagement platforms, digital healthcare media, or healthcare education technology companies
Proven track record of leading GTM strategy, optimizing revenue processes and driving operational efficiency
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams
Expertise in utilizing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Strategic thinking and a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for process improvements

Experience with a scaling, high growth company would be a plus
