Responsibilities
Maintain detailed Excel models, including capital structure and waterfall calculations
Create sensitivity models to support strategic decision-making
Participate in leasing and development calls to inform asset strategy
Prepare quarterly valuations and investor reporting
Qualification
Required
2 to 4 years of experience in commercial real estate asset management or analysis
Graduated between 2021 and 2023
Strong academic and professional foundation
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with a 3.5+ GPA
Direct experience in CRE asset management or financial analysis
Advanced Excel skills with the ability to build models from scratch (modeling test required)
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and executive presence
Preferred
Advanced degrees may be considered but are not preferred
Argus experience is a plus
