CFS is a rapidly expanding organization that has experienced significant growth over the past five years. They are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to build and manage financial models, lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyze financial performance to inform business strategy.

Responsibilities

Build and manage driver-based financial models to support long-range planning and M&A initiatives
Play a lead role in annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and what-if scenario analysis
Produce monthly and quarterly reporting packages, including dashboards and leadership-ready presentations
Analyze financial performance by identifying trends, variances, and key metrics to inform business strategy
Create and enhance business intelligence reporting using Power BI, SQL, and related tools
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and automate reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy
Assist with board-level reporting, investor deliverables, and strategic planning materials
Partner closely with operations, sales, business development, treasury, and other cross-functional teams

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline (MBA a plus)
3–5 years of increasingly responsible FP&A experience with strong modeling and forecasting exposure
Background in M&A support, valuation techniques, and strategic analysis
Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik
Solid knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting requirements, and ERP environments
Strong presentation and communication skills, with experience supporting senior leadership
Forward-thinking, analytical professional with a drive for innovation and continuous improvement
