Director/ExecutiveHumanJudge is building a platform to address the accountability issues in AI systems. As a Co-Founder (Finance & Fundraising), you will create and own the fundraising strategy, determine valuation approaches, and shape the financial foundation necessary for the company's mission.

Measure success not only in dollars raised but also in enabling the trust infrastructure for AI

Demonstrated ability in financial modeling and valuation
Investor relations and fundraising execution

Experience as a founder
Experience in VC or angel investing
Experience as a fractional CFO
Experience in investment banking or strategic finance
Relevant domain experience in AI accountability/safety, compliance technologies, developer tools, observability systems, human hand-off mechanisms, knowledge platforms, or evaluation infrastructure
