Manage complex calendars and coordinate schedules for Senior Managers and team members
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
Process expenses Concur with accuracy and compliance to company policies
Prepare and organize conferences, meetings, and team events, including logistics
Communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and business functions
Serve as a resource for company policies and procedures related to expense management
Qualification
Required
10+ years of administrative experience supporting senior management in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Experience in hedge fund or private equity is highly preferred
Manage complex calendars and coordinate schedules for Senior Managers and team members
Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries and accommodations
Process expenses Concur with accuracy and compliance to company policies
Prepare and organize conferences, meetings, and team events, including logistics
Communicate and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization and business functions
Serve as a resource for company policies and procedures related to expense management
