Responsibilities
Manage operating expense analysis, accruals, and complex GL accounts
Support quarterly and annual SEC filings
Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
Partner with internal and external auditors; support SOX and US GAAP compliance
Oversee corporate insurance programs and related risk management activities
Support treasury operations, including cash forecasting and banking administration
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and cross-functional finance projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
5+ years of accounting experience (or 3+ with CPA or Master's)
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting
Advanced Excel skills
ERP experience a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Must be willing to be onsite, in office 4 days/week
