Gorman & Company is seeking a Lease Up Community Manager for their new Ruby Vista affordable housing community. The role involves overseeing all aspects of property operations, leasing, and resident engagement to create a welcoming community while ensuring financial performance and compliance.

Responsibilities

Lead lease-up and ongoing property operations, ensuring a smooth and successful opening
Manage leasing efforts — connect with prospects, showcase Ruby Vista, and secure new residents
Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and rent collection with attention to detail
Supervise and develop on-site staff to deliver excellent resident service
Maintain compliance with LIHTC program requirements and Fair Housing regulations
Partner with maintenance to uphold strong standards for safety, quality, and curb appeal
Build relationships and foster a positive community atmosphere for residents and team members alike

Qualification

Property managementFinancial managementLeasing experienceCustomer serviceLeadership experienceBilingual (English/Spanish)Communication skillsOrganizational skills

Required

3+ years of property management, leasing, or sales experience
Strong financial management, communication, and organizational skills
Leadership experience and ability to motivate a team
Customer-service mindset and passion for community impact

Preferred

LIHTC experience preferred
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
