Talent Acquisition Sourcer

NPK is seeking a highly motivated, experienced Talent Sourcer to join their Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will support full cycle recruiting efforts to attract and hire non-exempt talent across various departments in multiple states including operations and manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the requirements for our roles and their impact on the company
Post and manage vacancies on social sites including LinkedIn, Indeed and Boom Nation
Schedule and conduct pre-screening phone interviews to assess candidates for needed skill set, competencies, potential fit for position and culture
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting NPK as an employer of choice
Provide regular reporting and analytics on search activity, market trends, and competitive insights
Contribute to continuous improvement of hiring strategies, processes, and tools
Build and maintain talent pipelines by proactively researching, mapping, and cultivating relationships with qualified professionals who may not be actively seeking new opportunities
Manage and maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience (2+ years) in talent sourcing or recruiting, with a strong focus on passive candidate engagement
Proficiency in using sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search, and ATS
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and engage passive candidates
Strong work ethic, sense of urgency, adaptability, and ability to prioritize
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Solid knowledge of current trends, innovations and standard methodologies within sourcing

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources a plus
Bi-lingual preferred but not required
