Responsibilities
Lead the technical strategy behind both internal systems and customer-facing applications
Define development standards, release cycles, and documentation processes
Evaluate and introduce modern tools—including AI and automation—to increase scalability and efficiency
Contribute directly to core product development using PHP, SQL, and modern front-end technologies
Architect and implement new features, enhancements, and integrations
Troubleshoot complex issues and ensure high performance, reliability, and security across the stack
Work closely with senior leaders to clarify business needs and translate them into technical solutions
Communicate timelines, risks, and progress with transparency and confidence
Lead and coach the development team, reinforcing engineering best practices and modern coding standards
Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement
Meet with select clients to understand their workflows and uncover opportunities for enhancement
Provide strategic guidance to help clients maximize the platform’s capabilities
Qualification
Required

Experience leading or managing a development team
Strong background in PHP, SQL, Bootstrap, and modern web development
Solid understanding of architecture, system design, and scalable processes
