Responsibilities
Review open deductions daily and investigate customer short-pays
Collect and validate backup for deductions (pricing, shortages, returns, freight, programs, damages)
Request and process credits for valid deductions in the ERP system
Dispute invalid deductions and support collection of remaining balances
Partner with Sales and internal teams
Qualification
Required
2+ years of AR or deductions management experience
Demonstrated ability to independently own deductions from research through resolution
Experience with ERP systems
Intermediate Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
