Front Counter Customer Service Representative
Ritz Safety LLC is dedicated to providing convenient and cost-effective safety products and solutions to all people and industries, worldwide. They are seeking a Front Counter Customer Service Representative to assist walk-in and telephone customers in the construction, industrial, and manufacturing marketplace.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with identification of product needs and locating merchandise
Accurately completes and files all required paperwork in a timely basis. Documents sales, quotas or other information
Enter sales and quota data into the computer
Researches information for customers using the computer system
Receives payment for merchandise and/or services sold, and enters sale into the computer
Responsible for payments received, and adhering to all administrative and accounting related procedures
Restocks store merchandise as needed
Arranges stock on shelves or racks in sales area, and keeps merchandise in order. Marks or tickets merchandise
Maintains showroom cleanliness by standards set by management
Maintains current price documentation, and product literature
Stays current on product knowledge
Follows all verbal directives from management
Perform other duties as required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1-2 years retail experience
Excellent Customer Service mindset and superb communication skills
Proficient in use of computers and software (Excel, Word, Microsoft Office, CRM Software)
Preferred
Bilingual Preferred
Retail: 1 year (Preferred)
