Responsibilities

Maintain an active TS/SCI with Polygraph. Candidates without a current clearance will not be considered

Integrate with, and contribute to, a diverse set of teams, systems, and technology stacks

Gather requirements and make improvements to existing corporate tools

Implement robust solutions for project and issue management, documentation, and configuration management

Development customized workflows to automate the tracking and enforcement of internal processes

Independently drive feature development taking ownership of the entire development lifecycle

Required

Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, data manipulation, and building robust automation and integration tools

In depth knowledge of creating custom workflows and processes in the Atlassian product ecosystem (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Excellent communication skills and proven ability to work autonomously and drive projects from concept to completion

Proven ability to identify manual processes and develop software solutions for full automation and reduced operational effort

Knowledge of adjacent domains (dataflow, data science, mission analytics) is a plus

Twelve (12) years with a Bachelor's or four (4) additional years without the degree

Preferred

Prior CNO experience

Knowledge of end-to-end SIGINT collection and analysis systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
