Temporary Recruitment Coordinator

Government Administration

Responsibilities

Customer service with heavy phone calls and emails
Supporting recruits with registering for training, finding clerks, getting information about positions and signing up for compensation
Updating Excel spreadsheets, Election Management System, and other applications
Ability to Multi-task in extremely busy environment
Reporting to dispatch locations during almost 3 week voting period to dispatch workers

Required

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent from an accredited educational institution
Must have previous Microsoft Word and Excel work experience
Must have experience working in an administrative office role
Customer Service skills required
Typing of 40+ WPM required
Must be able to perform well without in-person supervision, within expected work hours and maintain good performance

Preferred

Good verbal and written communication skills a must
Must be knowledgeable in basic computer and phone functions
Able to prioritize, multi-task and complete tasks within deadlines
