Assist in drafting and negotiating agreements under attorney guidance
Conduct legal research to support technology transactions and corporate initiatives
Participate in operational and administrative projects within the legal team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency

Required

Currently enrolled as a law student (2L preferred)

Must be available to work from Tuesday, May 26th until Friday, August 7th
