They are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead land development and infrastructure projects from concept through completion, while also mentoring junior staff and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, design, entitlement, and construction phases of civil engineering projects

Manage scope, budget, schedule, and quality to ensure successful delivery

Prepare and review proposals, contracts, budgets, reports, drawings, and technical specifications

Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, regulatory agencies, and internal teams

Oversee site development, roadways, utilities, stormwater management, and drainage design

Conduct site inspections and provide technical support throughout project execution

Serve as the primary client liaison, maintaining proactive communication and building strong partnerships

Mentor and guide project teams, fostering growth and collaboration

Promote continuous improvement in project processes and engineering practices
