SAP Archiving Support Analyst - 141961

Mid LevelPTR Global is a leading provider of information technology and workforce solutions. The SAP Archiving Support Analyst will work as part of the SAP Global IT Organization to develop, support, and implement SAP Archiving solutions, focusing on managing data growth within the SAP landscape.
Responsibilities
Analyze data volume across multiple large SAP systems
Collaborate with various groups to define scope and gather business requirements
Provide conceptual and detailed designs to meet business needs
Configure both standard and custom Archive objects
Monitor Archiving jobs for effectiveness and completeness
Re-evaluate and update Archiving jobs to optimize existing runs
Qualification
Required
Strong understanding of ABAP programming and debugging skills
Experience in writing design documents based on requirements
Proven problem-solving skills with minimal guidance
Prior SAP Data Archiving experience and FI or SD functional expertise
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with SAP Upgrade Projects, especially related to SAP Data Archiving functionality
Knowledge of third-party Archiving solutions and tools (preferably PBS & Dolphin)
Experience with Archive Link Imaging functionality (storage and retrieval of attachments)
Experience with high-volume SAP implementations (multi-terabyte systems)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
Organized and capable of managing multiple concurrent activities
Open to learning new procedures and attentive to details
Preferred
Experience or understanding of SAP Information Lifecycle Management (SAP ILM) is a plus
