Work Order Systems Coordinator - Baroness - Full Time
Erlanger is a healthcare organization, and they are seeking a Work Order Systems Coordinator to manage the Engineering Work Order system. The role involves maintaining databases, scheduling preventive maintenance, and serving as a liaison with the software provider to ensure efficient operations.

Responsibilities
Maintains database for Engineering Work Order system providing training and direction as needed to Engineering staff
Prints bar codes, schedules preventive maintenance and maintains PM files as needed for State and JCAHO/DNV requirements
Closes work orders
Serves as Liaison and maintains contact/communication with software provider
Provides scheduled maintenance and preventive maintenance schedules on equipment and systems within the physical plant
Seeks to prolong the useful life of equipment and reduce the downtime
Designs efficient routes for preventive maintenance
Maintains web-based computer program for Corrective & Preventive Work Orders
Provides training in the use of computerized work order system for other departments
Maintains preventive and corrective maintenance work orders
Maintains and updates computer records for the Engineering equipment as needed
Schedules, generates, sorts and assures delivery of all PM work orders for EHS facilities
Prints bar codes for Engineering Department
Maintains logs and files for Preventive/Corrective Maintenance
Maintains records for JCAHO and State of TN
Performs regular database maintenance and backup for computer maintenance software program
Maintains Preventive maintenance procedures and writes/amends as needed
Closes preventive and corrective work orders
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required
Computer training with strong working knowledge of computerized work order systems and database maintenance
Experience working in Word, Excel and Access
Strong knowledge of Database maintenance and Access as well as MS Office, Word and Excel
Four years of facilities maintenance or facilities administration
Preferred
Associates Degree or 2 years of college and/or comparable combination of education and experience in database maintenance
