Senior Human Resources Manager
Fusion Recruiters, LLC is collaborating with a leader in health data platforms to seek a dynamic Senior Manager of HR for a 6-month contract opportunity. In this role, you will lead Tier One and Tier Two operations, develop HR Shared Services, and manage team performance while aligning with business needs.
Responsibilities
Manage team performance and development, ensuring clear goals, coaching, and growth opportunities
Partner closely with the Sr. Director of People Operations and other HR leaders to align operational priorities with the business needs
Oversee business reporting and analytics to inform People Operations strategy and continuous improvement
Act as a key liaison to HR Business Partners and other stakeholders for escalated support and process optimization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
8-12 years of progressive HR, HR operations, HRIS or process improvement experience, including 3-5 years in a people management role
Strong knowledge of HR Shared Services, processes, systems, compliance, data management and best practices
Proven ability to lead through change, influence cross-functional partners, and drive improvement
