Responsibilities
Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities
Develops and improves credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks; uses continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six-Sigma) when appropriate
Builds complex models and conducts financial planning and analyses to assess impact on business metrics
Queries and analyzes large datasets to derive meaningful insights
Observes operations to incorporate ‘real-world’ considerations into work
Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis
Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentations
Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians
Creates and manages individual work plan and contributes to the overall project plan
Qualification
Required
1-4 years of total work experience
Experience with large-scale business transformations with tangible impact on operating/financial performance
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Evidence of strong partnership ability
This is a hybrid role (typically, 1-2 in-office days per week)
