Responsibilities

Conducts routine monthly audits within the assigned department functions to ensure that information in key systems is accurate and that policies and procedures are being followed

Prepares reports on monthly audit performance for review by department and company leadership

Provides constructive, fair feedback to managers and staff on the various department teams. Assists in design improvement plans and educates staff to instill a culture of continuous improvement across the department

Ensures that errors that are discovered during audits are communicated and corrected in a timely manner

Facilitates collaborative work sessions to discuss quality issues, projects, and programs

Assists with data analysis and report creation to support the entire Revenue Cycle

Performs barrier and root cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities and identify best practices

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Three years' experience

Candidates must reside in MO, IL, OK, or WI

Preferred

Experience and understanding of patient registration, authorizations, collections and auditing is strongly preferred
