Responsibilities
Partner with Account Directors at client sites to understand their operational needs and contribute to new business opportunity processes while gaining insights into commercial real estate client management
Support financial reviews for JLL business operations and individual client accounts, while creating professional documentation for tenant communications and building announcements
Assist with facility condition assessments, maintenance planning, and administrative tasks while developing skills in vendor management, work order systems, and client relationship management
Site visits, schedule & budget reviews and development, capital planning, project communications
Qualification
Required
Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree, with 2-3 years completed majoring in business, engineering, real estate, project management, or related field
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for professional client and vendor interactions
Independent Work Capability: Demonstrated ability to think critically, work autonomously, and take initiative on projects
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications and comfort learning new building management software systems
Project Management Abilities: Proven capacity to manage multiple concurrent projects with varying stakeholders while meeting deadlines
Industry Interest: Genuine enthusiasm for learning about commercial real estate, property management, and facilities operations
Permanent US work authorization required
