Responsibilities

Service, maintain, and repair generators, and HVAC systems at telecom and cell tower sites

Maintain commercial package cooling systems supporting telecom equipment shelters

Conduct preventative maintenance, inspections, load-bank testing, and performance checks

Perform basic generator repairs, oil changes, lubrication, and fuel system maintenance

Respond to 24/7 emergency callouts and complete accurate service reports

Required

1+ year generator and/or HVAC service experience (technical school accepted) preferred but not required

Must have a valid driver's license for at least a year with an acceptable driving record and be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards

Lift 50+ lbs.; climb, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods

Extensive travel to telecom sites; independent field work

Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call rotations

Must be able to meet the requirements of a DOT driver including physical, background and driving record

Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements
