Responsibilities
Inspect, supervise, and control construction daily for overall site safety, permit compliance, and coordination with applicable agencies
Inspect and coordinate installation work to ensure contractor adherence to technical requirements and overall project goals
Conduct on site measurements, quantity tracking, and design work prior to and during construction installation activities
Maintain required tracking records and installation reports
Attend applicable job-site meetings as required to discuss progress
Follow project safety protocol
All related duties as required to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects
Qualification
Required
Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering or similar
3 years of landscape architecture and/or civil construction experience
Basic understanding and ability to interpret written specifications, plans, and construction documents for work orders and build documents
Ability to effectively communicate with clients, supervisors, and inspectors regarding specifications and qualification test results
Strong attention to detail and specifications
Reliable transportation required
