They are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations and recruiting efforts across the organization, managing multiple priorities and supporting the full employee lifecycle from hiring through development.

Responsibilities
Support full cycle recruiting including posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring decisions
Support onboarding for new hires and contribute to ongoing employee development initiatives
Assist with performance management, employee relations, and retention efforts
Support compensation and benefits administration
Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
Assist with continuous improvement of HR processes
Support initiatives that reinforce DirectRx’s culture and values
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Practical, solutions focused approach to work
Comfort working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred
One to three years of HR and/or recruiting experience preferred
