Confidential company is seeking a Sales Account Manager to lead account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. The ideal candidate will build and maintain relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service and translating client needs into technology roadmaps.

Manage a portfolio of accounts

Develop positive relationship with clients and understand their strategic goals while spending time at customer sites

Translate Voice of the Customer into technology roadmaps and product development

Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to clients in a timely manner

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering or if no engineering degree, proven, extensive technical knowledge working with engineers on product specific subject matter

3-5+ years' experience as a Sales Manager

Experience with Tier 1 OEM's and other domestic accounts

Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Understanding of sales performance metrics

Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
