Responsibilities

Prepare accounting records for multi-entity revenue generating contracts for 25 plus locations
Prepare the monthly financial reporting packages utilizing NetSuite
Prepare weekly payroll accounting records for 3000+ staff, and oversee the timely processing of payroll
Reconcile hi-volume complex multi-entity transactions with the general ledger
Prepare cash management reporting on a daily and weekly basis
Liaise with FP&A department and ensure timely/accurate workflow from accounting to finance teams
Establish all new revenue generating contracts in NetSuite and ensure seamless integration into the portals
Prepare supporting documentation for external audits

Required

CPA required

Ability to work in an unstructured, fast paced environment in a hands-on capacity
Experience working remotely, while managing teams responsible for the hi volume production of accounting workflow
