Responsibilities

Own product messaging, positioning, and narrative across the product portfolio
Translate clinical and technical value into clear, compelling customer-facing stories for healthcare providers and life-science partners
Plan campaigns, communications, and content to support sales and customer success
Ensure consistent messaging across PR, social media, website, email, and sales materials
Manage delivery of content, campaigns, PR, and events with agency support
Own briefs, timelines, feedback, and final outputs to ensure high-quality delivery
Partner closely with product and commercial leaders to align marketing with roadmap and go-to-market priorities
Plan and support conferences and other sales & marketing events as needed

Required

4-6 years of experience in healthcare marketing at a marketing agency or healthtech startup
Experience working with MedTech, healthcare software, or life science products
Strong grounding in product marketing, messaging, and positioning
Comfortable working from strategy through execution in a lean environment
Clear and structured thinker who can simplify complex ideas into commercial messages
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Bias to action and comfortable taking ownership
Strong experience and knowledge across digital marketing, PR, and event marketing channels
