Responsibilities
Conduct client phone calls and write clear and concise emails to clients that answer their questions and update them as to the status of their cases
Edit support staff’s work and work out case strategy with the support staff
Manage all cases from beginning to end
Stay organized and keep up with approximately 30-40 active cases and know where all clients are within their visa journey at all times
Qualification
Required
Must be a licensed attorney in at least one U.S. state or Puerto Rico
At least three years of experience working as an attorney in a U.S. law firm
Experience reviewing, editing and/or writing business purchase agreements and/or franchise agreements
Familiarity with P&L and balance sheets
Understanding of multi-level corporate structures
Basic familiarity with corporate tax filings and business plans
Hyper-organization of 30-40 active cases
Daily weekday interaction with/management of staff
Unparalleled editing of staff's work
Concise, timely and thorough client communication
Incredible time management skills and billing experience
Willingness to learn and practice proprietary case management systems and processes
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Adobe PDF editor
Preferred
Experience in U.S. immigration
Exceptional knowledge of 'The Office' and '30 Rock'
Sales and/or customer service experience
Work experience at Enterprise Rent-a-Car, Nordstrom or Ritz Carlton
