Responsibilities
Act as the principal liaison and advocate for our clients
Provide insight into HR strategies and Procare services that are tailored to the individual needs of the client
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources demonstrating increased responsibility, oversight, and scope
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a director-level role
In-depth knowledge of all HR principles, practices, and employment laws
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (especially UKG Ready)
Preferred
Experience providing HR leadership and support in the senior living industry
Human Resources certifications such as PHR, SHRM-CP/SCP, etc
