Responsibilities
Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs
Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions
Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and improve user experience
Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
Communicate product vision and strategy to stakeholders and executive leadership
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred)
5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
Experience delivering products that support professional services engagements
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce-based products, including custom applications and integrations
Familiarity with tools and platforms used by associations or membership organizations
Understanding of CRM, workflow automation, and data management
Experience working with cross-functional teams including services, engineering, and client success
Certifications in product management (e.g., Pragmatic, AIPMM, CSPO) or Salesforce (e.g., Admin, App Builder) are a plus
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
