Responsibilities
Project Manager will drive end-to-end execution of projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery
Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans
Track project scope, milestones, and deliverables using JIRA and other project management tools
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project success
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and status updates using PowerPoint
As a Project Manager, you will partner with leadership to develop strategic improvements and process enhancements across project delivery
Facilitate project meetings, document outcomes, and ensure follow-up on action items
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or cross-functional environment
Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities
Preferred
Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
Prior exposure to process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
Executive communication experience or stakeholder management background
Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills for leadership updates
PMP or other project management certification is a plus
