Responsibilities
Handle product with care in cold storage and blast zone areas
Monitor and maintain Cold Storage Temperature Standards
Master of Organization: Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations, ensuring everything is in its rightful place
Will read labels and instructions written in Korean and communicate/ translate between English / Korean
Cycle Count Expert: Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory, maintaining precise stock levels
Inventory Whisperer: Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies to ensure accuracy at all times
Root Cause Detective: Investigate recurring inventory issues and work to determine the root cause, helping prevent future discrepancies
Status Savvy: Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (e.g., on-hand, on-order, damaged) and ensure proper handling for each
Forklift Pro: Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks as needed
Collaborative Communicator: Work alongside customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and ensure smooth operations
Tackle other duties like a pro — all within your training and expertise
Qualification
Required
Bilingual Korean / English. / Must be able to read labels and instructions in Korean
Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
Comfortable Working full shifts in cold storage/freezer environments
Attention to Detail: You can spot a missing item from a mile away and have the patience to handle even the smallest discrepancies
Problem-Solving Skills: You possess critical thinking skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve work-related issues effectively
Forklift Certified: You have experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift
Reliable – we count on you, and so does the team
Preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces
Previous experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder and/or other warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred
