Director of Partnerships
Locked In Talent is a leading sports and events nonprofit responsible for executing major, high-profile events. They are seeking a Director of Partnerships to lead sponsorship sales and fundraising efforts, build long-term partnerships, and drive meaningful economic and community impact.

Responsibilities
Lead sponsorship sales strategy and activation plans to meet revenue and expense targets
Create sponsorship proposals, presentations, asset lists, and rate cards
Develop customized partnership packages that support renewable, long-term relationships
Manage hospitality assets including ticket inventory, seat assignments, and distribution
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated partnerships across marketing, media, events, digital, and community programs
Maintain CRM/database of partners and prospects, including deal tracking and weekly reporting/dashboard metrics
Build relationships with local businesses, tourism/hospitality entities, community partners, and media/broadcast partners
Coordinate with event governing bodies on sponsorship categories, assets, and contracts
Deliver post-event recap reports and provide new sales ideas to support continued growth
Work events as needed, including nights/weekends
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of sponsorship/partnership sales (sports/events preferred)
Proven success leading sales/fundraising initiatives and hitting goals
Strong relationship, budget, and project management skills
Professional, proactive, solutions-oriented, and organized in fast-paced environments
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
