Responsibilities
Design, implement and continuously improve product development processes
Create and maintain documentation to streamline team operations and ensure consistent adoption across the organization
Evaluate new tools and support integrations that improve product team productivity
Partner with analytics & data engineering teams to maintain data quality, definitions, and governance
Manage cross-functional programs involving key stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Design, Support, Sales, and Marketing)
Assist product leadership with strategy execution and deliverables
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product operations, product management, business operations, program management or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience working within a metrics driven, changing and flexible organization
3+ years of experience using data to drive decision making
3+ years of MS Office Suite Programs for presentations and reporting
2+ years of experience with Agile, SAFe, or Kanban methodologies
Excellent business acumen and communication and facilitation skills across technical and non-technical teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred
Master's degree
Experience with product development (i.e., JIRA, Rally, Confluence) and project management (i.e., Airtable) tools
