Sales Service Representative
Fintrepid Solutions is partnering with Trio Forest Products to find a proactive Sales Representative who will manage and grow customer relationships while driving new business. The role emphasizes account development, revenue generation, and customer success in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
Prospect, develop, and onboard new customers
Provide fast, accurate quotes and consistent follow-up
Maintain strong customer relationships via phone, email, and in-person meetings
Log activity and pipeline updates in CRM tools
Source products from mills and wholesalers
Track market conditions and trends to support smart buying decisions
Coordinate internally to ensure inventory flow and on-time fulfillment
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales goals
Contribute to pricing strategy in a fluctuating commodity market
Work cross-functionally with sales, operations, logistics, and finance to deliver great service
Qualification
Required
2–3 years of sales experience (lumber/building materials/industrial sales strongly preferred)
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with numbers, margins, and market dynamics
Organized self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
