The Junior Implementation Consultant will work directly with law firm clients to implement and support products, manage implementations, and provide training and support.

Responsibilities
Work directly with law firm clients to implement and support Iridium products and solutions
Manage client product implementations from start to finish
Participate and lead requirements-gathering sessions
Deliver engaging client training sessions
Design, develop, and test client-specific customisations and enhancements
Provide post-implementation support and mentor other team members
Occasionally travel to client sites
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you'll be the face of BigHand to our clients
Technical aptitude with experience in SQL (T-SQL preferred); knowledge of HTML, C#, or similar technologies is a bonus
Previous experience in a client-facing technical role
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
Preferred
Legal IT experience is a plus but not essential
