GoTo Foods is seeking a Senior Data Analyst who will be responsible for conducting technically complex data analysis primarily related to Revenue Management and Pricing. The role involves strategic analytics and ETL processes to provide insights and recommendations that drive business performance.

Responsibilities

Work closely with business leaders and other teams to plan and lead highly complex and business impacting data analysis initiatives

Participate in discovery sessions to gather, understand, and define business requirements

Extract data from a variety of sources including data lakes, databases, data models, etc

Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

Present findings to stakeholders by creating engaging presentations and clearly written documents incorporating compelling storytelling and visualization best practices

Provide recommendations and advice using proven data driven analytics

Create processes (through SQL, ETL, etc.) to transform raw data into meaningful, structured information

Create models that provide recommendations using statistical methods

Create dashboards, reports and visualizations that provide clear business value and insights

Participate in discovery sessions to gather, understand, and define business requirements

Required

Bachelor's Degree, in related field

Excellent data analysis skills built on at least 2 years of relevant experience

Real world experience using BI and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, etc

Expert SQL skills

Expert Excel skills including pivot tables, etc

Desire and willingness to learn, and proven ability to apply learning to work output

Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to tailor presentations and reports to the requirements and needs of the audience

Preferred

Experience measuring pricing effectiveness, including restaurant sales/traffic performance, mix shifts, profit impact, and adoption of pricing guidance

Machine learning using Azure Databricks to provide pricing inputs, such as demand elasticity

Navigating complex loyalty systems to develop and synthesize actionable insights

Tracking and monitoring 3rd Party Delivery vendor performance KPIs such as order accuracy, ROAS, offer optimization and on-time delivery rates
