Responsibilities

Support and document enterprise demand intake processes

Act as backup coverage for the primary demand business analyst

Translate business requirements into ServiceNow-ready stories, forms, workflows, and acceptance criteria

Help identify and document automation opportunities (routing, templates, deduplication, approvals)

Assist in scaling and standardizing other ServiceNow processes (e.g., ticketing, intake workflows) as capacity allows

Partner closely with internal leaders and ServiceNow developers to ensure clarity and continuity

Required

5+ years as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow requirements and workflows

Strong process documentation and facilitation skills

Experience scaling or standardizing intake or ticketing processes is a plus (not required)
