License Renewal Project Manager

The License Renewal Project Manager will assist in projects from initiation through closeout, providing support to project team members and ensuring adherence to cost, quality, schedule, and objectives.

Responsibilities
Prepares project related documentation including status reporting for approval by the project manager
Prepares project communications for approval by the project manager throughout project lifecycle
Assist Project Manager with the development, evaluation and recommendation on contracted services and materials
Assist Project Manager in development of funding authorization packages
All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience OR
Associate's degree and 4 years of related experience OR
High school diploma or GED and 6 years of related experience OR
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (within 18 months of starting position)
Maintain minimum access requirement or unescorted access requirements, as applicable, and favorable medical examination and/or testing in accordance with position duties
Preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of utility business processes and power plant equipment
Demonstrated project budgeting, cost tracking, and cost estimating experience
