Responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
6–8 years of experience in residential architecture, including high-end custom homes, renovations, and additions
Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Rhino and Lumion is a plus
Ability to design and produce detailed construction documents independently
Strong communication skills for client presentations and contractor coordination
Comfortable managing multiple phases of a project—from design through construction documentation
Experience working directly with GCs and clients in a collaborative studio environment
Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Greater Cleveland, OH area
