Responsibilities
Lead and manage cybersecurity programs across domains such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Cloud Security, Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC), and Managed Detection & Response (MDR)
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality standards
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their cybersecurity landscape, technical maturity, and compliance gaps
Define roadmaps, propose solutions, and provide consultative guidance to enhance security posture
Establish governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms for program performance, risks, and dependencies
Facilitate proactive risk mitigation and escalation management
Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring resource alignment and capability development
Foster collaboration between technical and business stakeholders
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and MITRE ATT&CK
Support audits and compliance assessments
Qualification
Required
10+ years in IT or Cybersecurity with at least 5 years in program/project delivery or engagement management
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale cybersecurity programs in hybrid environments
Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains (IAM, Cloud Security, GRC, SOC operations)
Familiarity with delivery methodologies and tools (JIRA, MSO365)
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Problem-solving and consultative mindset
Preferred
CSM, CISSP, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications
